In July of 2016, Gov. Charlie Baker signed a bill, Chapter 121 of the Acts of 2016, "An Act to Improve Public Records". This Bill became effective on January 1, 2017. Listed below are the Record Access Officers for the Town of Rehoboth, also known as RAO. All records requests are filed through the Town Clerk/Chief Public Records Officer by completing the form at the bottom of the webpage and will be forwarded to the appropriate department. A listing of the individual Departmental RAO's appear below.
